Can a lawyer or the clerk change the judge order?

The judge order i got from lawyer has got some overwriting over it.The name has been changed and clearly shows that overwriting has been done.We get the certified copy but the not actual original copy.So my question is on the next hearing ,even if clerk has made some changes on the order to harrass the client,,,which order will go to next judge.????.The original one or the one which is certified one with overwriting done????IS it possible that can anyone do the overwriting???
