American teens feelings towards British teens on holiday (vacation)?

Im going on holiday ( vacation ) in a few weeks to an resort in the carribean. From reading reviews online i have gathered that the main majority of people that stay there are american. At the resort you are strongly encouraged to socialise with the other teens and there are games and activities put on during the day aswell as parties in the evenings. Im really nervous that i wont be accepted and make friends because of where i come from. So i want to know how american teens feel towards british ones? Im a 16 year old british girl, tall with red hair . Any advice would be appreciated :)
