Do you think I'm fit?

These exercises won't help you much to get more fit**. If you want to get in better shape you need to do aerobic exercises like running, hard swimming, dance, racquetball et cetera for longer periods of time (1-2 hrs.) This initiates oxidative phosphorylation in the cells and causes fat burn. These exercises that I mentioned will also get you "fit" by increasing cardiac output and lung capacity... and VO2 max.
