Try using System Restore, and restore to a point (if there is one) where the document is still the way you want it. Or if you have money, have someone pull all the data off your hard drive. (When you delete a file on a hard drive, its not actually gone, the OS simply can't find it. That's how the FBI finds evidence on a criminal's hard drive). If these methods don't work, then I'm afraid you SOL.
