How to make a luck charm?

i want to know how to make a strong luck charm for someone i love, she is very special, but i only know to to cast luck spells or make luck charms for myself only. i don't know how to do them for someone else. i could just change the words in the incantation for me to her but i feel i'm overwriting the spell and wont work :/
