Should I wish my ex happy birthday? We broke up 2 weeks ago.?

We met each other on Internet through common friends in social network. For 9 months we were more like friends not yet bf&gf. We both really like each other, he called me every day, texted me thousands of messages etc. He has a difficult situation in his life right now.....he just separated from his wife, also he has 2 kids. I told him that I don't want any relationship until he resolves his problems, I told him that I don't want to be his mistress and also home wrecker. So, finally when he said he is moving out in 3-4 days we decided to meet. I was going to his state on my vacation anyways and we wanted to spend some time together. So I arrived over there and we went out, spent 2 evenings together. Then when he said that he needs to be home at 2 am I realized that he still lives with his wife. He said he is looking for an apartment right now. We got in big argument because I told him that I am not going to have any relationship with him while he lives with his family and he said that he doesn't want a long distance relationship because its too difficult.He said he doesn't want to be with me any more. Next few days I contacted him and offered to go out just like friends. He refused and left me alone for the rest of my vacation, despite all my phone calls and text messages..he ignored me. I met there another guy and we spent good time together just like friends. During my last day there we went out to a bar and my ex was there, he saw me with another guy. I didn't say a word to him, we just smiled to each other and I walked away with my friend. So when I got back I deleted my ex from all my social networks. However, in a few days its his birthday and I don't know whether I should wish him simple Happy Birthday? Please help me, give me an advice in this situation.
